About the Role

This position is a factory sales representative in our Parts and Solutions division, covering a set of identified dealers featured in either our CMJ- or Uni Carriers‑branded dealer channel. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decision‑makers at dealers in order to earn their business and partner with them to grow sales.

What You Will Do
  • Earn Dealer’s parts business
    • Regain lost business
    • Convert existing opportunities
    • Introduce new products
  • Partner with Dealerships
    • Become an expert in how they operate now
    • Learn best practices from internal and external sources
    • Help dealers develop and hold themselves accountable for operational KPIs and metrics
  • Help our dealers grow
    • Provide marketing, sales strategy, and compensation support and consulting
    • Utilize our suite of online tools and business integrations
  • Work as advanced customer service and dealer support
    • Resolve issues promptly and continuously improve dealer experience
    • Work with urgency and be responsive to dealer demands and needs

Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications What you need to have:
  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree
  • Job

    Experience:

    0–2 years
  • Ability to travel in the United States and Canada; 35% of the time minimum
