Territory:
Michigan (excluding the Detroit Metro & Ann Arbor area)
Arthrex Grand Rapids is seeking a highly motivated Biologics Sales Manager to support the growth and success of our Biologics business throughout Michigan. As a clinical and technical expert, you will partner with surgeons, Territory Managers, and Arthrex representatives to drive sales growth, provide product education, support procedural cases, and develop team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the clinical and technical expert for Arthrex Biologics products, technologies, and procedures.
- Educate surgeons, operating room staff, and sales representatives on Arthrex Biologics products, processing systems, and clinical applications.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve territory sales goals and expand market share.
- Support procedural cases by providing technical expertise and product support.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Arthrex representatives to strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, Territory Managers, and medical education teams to implement training and development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare facilities, and key stakeholders.
- Support product launches, educational programs, proposal presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Travel throughout the territory to support customers, training events, and procedural cases.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, orthopedics, biologics, regenerative medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of sales success and business development.
- Strong understanding of biologics, regenerative medicine, orthopedic procedures, and operating room environments preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Michigan.
This position requires frequent communication, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds, and regular presence in operating room environments. Exposure to X‑ray equipment and blood borne pathogens may occur while supporting procedural cases.
