Client Partner
The Client Partner is dedicated to helping strategic clients achieve their most important business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, this role ensures that every engagement delivers measurable value and aligns with the client's priorities. By fostering strong partnerships, anticipating needs, and guiding innovative solutions, the Client Partner drives outcomes that accelerate client success while building a foundation for long-term collaboration.
WhatYou'll Accomplish:
Client Relationship Ownership
- Act as a dedicated advocate for the client, ensuring their priorities and goals guide every decision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, making it easy for clients to access support and strategic guidance.
- Proactively strengthen the relationship by delivering value that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Earn and maintain trusted advisor status by providing insights and recommendations that help clients succeed.
- Lead collaborative planning sessions to align solutions with the client's long-term vision and evolving needs.
Account Growth & Revenue
- Collaborate with clients to uncover new opportunities that advance their strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Develop long-term growth plans that align Vervint's capabilities with the client's evolving business needs.
- Introduce innovative solutions across practices (Experience, Cloud, Data, Software, Managed Services) to help clients achieve transformation and efficiency.
- Ensure every engagement creates tangible value for the client while supporting sustainable growth for both organizations.
- Own revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
Delivery Oversight & Client Success
- Align delivery teams to exceed client needs and consistently exceed their expectations.
- Partner with delivery and practice leaders to ensure projects meet scope, quality, margin, and client satisfaction objectives.
- Maintain close relationship with client leaders at all levels to monitor engagement health and proactively address risks, escalations, and performance issues.
- Ensure delivered solutions drive measurable client business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Practice Leaders, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to shape and execute account strategies.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams.
- Be the client's voice in internal planning, offerings, and innovation discussions.
Strategic & Market Insight
- Maintain deep understanding of client industries, competitive landscapes, and emerging technology trends.
- Provide insights to shape Vervint's go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.
- Represent Vervint as a thought leader in client and industry forums.
Financial & Operational Accountability
- Manage account-level financial performance, including forecasting, profitability, and working capital.
- Drive disciplined account management processes, including account reviews, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, contracts, delivery standards, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex client accounts, achieving revenue growth, and driving client success.
- Proven success in consultative or insight-based sales within complex client organizations.
- Strong experience managing strategic client relationships and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and financial acumen.
- Growth-oriented, customer-focused, and highly engaged approach.
- Preferred:
Certified sales methodology training or equivalent professional credentials.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field OR equivalent education and years of experience.
- At least of 5–7 years of experience in account management, client engagement, or sales leadership in technology, consulting, or professional services.
