Reporting to the Director of Services, the Lead Generation Specialist at X‑Rite Pantone (a Veralto company) will manage, collect, and qualify information from customers and prospects interested in X‑Rite aftermarket service and training solutions, meet lead generation and sales conversion goals, and work from Grand Rapids, Michigan on a hybrid basis (on‑site minimum once weekly).

Typical Day
  • Complete outbound calling for X‑Rite service and software solutions across multiple channels, focusing on identifying and engaging new X‑Rite customers.
  • Contribute creative lead generation strategies, including recommendations on call strategies, script customization, and objection‑handling techniques.
  • Capture customer contact details and relevant business insights to populate and maintain the CRM ().
  • Build new X‑Rite customer relationships by positioning service, software, and product solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Promptly notify appropriate sales team members of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Proactively collaborate with the sales organization to ensure alignment and continuity across the customer journey.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of X‑Rite product lines, service and software offerings, and training solutions.
  • Achieve annual lead generation and sales conversion goals established by the business.
Essential Requirements
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of initiative, motivation, and ownership; ability to identify opportunities and move work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport and credibility with internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple activities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
US Geographic Availability

This role is US‑only.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $40,000 – $45,000 USD per year, plus eligible bonus pay.
