About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative
, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually strengthen your skills
- Utilize easy-to-use software to build personalized bath designs
- Provide pricing information and consistently close sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home or outside sales is highly valued
- Background in home remodeling is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in public speaking and professional presentations
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and articulate personality
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential
