JX Truck Center in Grand Rapids, MI offers a two-year Business Development Trainee Program to develop future sales leaders. You'll rotate through dealership operations, gaining hands-on experience in rental sales, parts, service, lead generation, and customer engagement using CRM and Smart Spec.
Upon completion, you may transition to a Business Development Representative and own the full sales cycle for In-Stock Trucks, Parts, and Service. Expect travel up to 25% within a multi-state territory.
