Role Overview

As a Business-to-Dealer Sales Specialist, you will expand our client base and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, providing information about Car Guys Nation’s job board services and guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize recruitment solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of each dealership client.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and resource for all recruitment‑related needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and provide ongoing support to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients across various channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
