A leading global organization in the medical device space is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the Grand Rapids territory. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, developing new business, and delivering innovative solutions to healthcare providers.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys consultative, relationship-based selling.
What You'll Do- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a defined territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and healthcare providers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions with their growth goals
- Develop and execute territory business plans, forecasts, and sales strategies
- Partner with marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Leverage CRM tools to track activity, analyze trends, and optimize performance
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the territory
Preferred:
- 3 Years of B2B Sales Experience
- Medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Experience selling to physicians or clinical environments
- Background in consultative or Challenger-style sales
- Former collegiate athletes or individuals with competitive backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply
