Build the Future with Us - Equipment Share is Hiring a Territory Account Manager
At Equipment Share, we are building a team to transform the construction industry by empowering contractors with innovative technology and real‑time support. This role is located at our Grand Rapids, MI facility and focuses on expanding our customer base and delivering exceptional service to contractors and construction companies.
Pay: $150,000 – $600,000 Total Compensation (Base salary $24,000 + uncapped commission; no market restrictions)
Primary Responsibilities- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems.
- Develop new business and client acquisition strategies, building relationships with contractors and key principals.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and promote additional service solutions.
- Lead sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Contribute to new sales strategies that increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Support job site activities, including remote and on‑site involvement, and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed.
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) preferred; sales experience in B2B environments a plus.
- Tenacious, innovative, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
- Competitive compensation: base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Commission guarantee period while building a book of business.
