As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in generating new business and helping homeowners connect with our experienced roofing sales team.

We are seeking a hardworking, energetic, and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an active, field-based position where the Sales Assistant will work directly with homeowners to generate leads and schedule appointments for our roofing sales team. • Generate leads from residential homeowners.
• Set appointments with residential homeowners for our sales team.
• Knock on doors and distribute flyers to homes in assigned territories.
• Start conversations with homeowners about scheduling appointments with our sales team.
• Represent Guns N’ Hoses Roofing & Siding professionally within the community.
• Report and track Sales Assistant activity and results with the sales management team.
• Help build relationships that lead to future roofing and exterior restoration projects.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
• Previous customer service, retail, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
