• Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, hospitality‑focused manner
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate Lexus models and features
• Conduct product demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives
• Clearly present pricing, purchase options, and Lexus ownership benefits
• Maintain expert‑level product knowledge across the Lexus lineup
• Follow up with leads and past clients to build long‑term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a client‑first approach
• Ensure a seamless, luxury‑level experience from introduction to delivery

• Previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success is required
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
• Self‑motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
