- Maintain customer price lists, resolve daily pricing holds, and enter promotional and special pricing in Oracle and Salesforce.
- Maintain sales representative, customer, and territory assignments in Oracle to ensure accurate ownership, reporting, and account coverage.
- Update and improve Power BI sales reports used by leadership and the commercial team to evaluate performance and make decisions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and accelerate the work using AI, analytics, and improved processes..
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with CRM systems suchas Salesforce
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as:
Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker
