The Ben Charney Agency is looking for a motivated Agent in Training to join our team in Grand Rapids. Whether you're coming from a sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality background, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you build a successful career in insurance.

No insurance experience? That's okay. If you're coachable, driven, and eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Learning about clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions
• Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
• Following up with leads, referrals, and existing clients
• Providing outstanding customer service before and after the sale
• Working toward individual and agency sales goals
• Continuing to grow your knowledge through training and mentorship

• Paid Training & Mentorship

• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems
• Willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License
