Role:
Senior Account Manager focused on growing the Lifecycle Solutions & Services Business, emphasizing customer success and mutual growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for current and targeted clients.
- Qualify opportunities through customer communication and data analysis.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver optimal solutions.
- Understand customer organizational structure and key decision-makers.
- Present solutions and ROI to clients, negotiating complex deals with executive stakeholders.
- Manage high-value opportunities to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Recommend strategies to increase market share and pricing.
- BS/BA in Business or Marketing, or 5+ years in technical solutions sales.
- Deep knowledge of automated material handling solutions and supply chain software preferred.
- Experience in consultative selling, negotiating complex deals, and engaging executives.
- Proven success in selling multi-million-dollar projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%; proficiency in Salesforce and strategic selling methodologies preferred.
Self-driven, collaborative, results-oriented, with integrity, courage, and a focus on customer success.
