Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to come work alongside our Stylists and Director of Sales by supporting them in the operational aspects of their role and in their efforts to hit company-wide sales goals.

• Experience in the service industry preferred

• Assist Personal Shoppers with technology tool needs (processing payments/returns, data in CRM, etc.)
• Own the back end operational component of the sales process (Netsuite)
• Assist the Director of Sales in owning policies for sales floor
• Expert on Salesforce Support (CRM system)
• Assist in serving our clients through the sales process as needed
• Be manager proxy when Director of Sales is unavailable or off-site

• Become an expert in the operational component to the sales process
• Become an expert in Netsuite and Salesforce
• Own morning jewelry audit and placement
• Assist with ringing, wrapping, post, and go-backs as needed

• Coaching, training, feedback as appropriate
• Audits and accountability
• Review call sheets + event call lists, hold sales team accountable
• Create schedule + hold it accountable for sales team.
