Typical Earnings
During training:
Around $500–$800 per week
After training: $800–$1,200+ per week is common for team members who consistently follow our proven process.

What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Schedule free painting estimates for our sales team
- Represent Midway Painting professionally
- Place neighborhood yard signs
- Track appointments using our mobile app
What You'll Need
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Your own vehicle to get to different areas
- Smartphone (uses app to log leads)
- The ability to comfortably walk 3+ miles per day
- The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Independent Contractor (1099) Position
No marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is required. If you're dependable, friendly, and enjoy being active, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
