The right candidate for our Decorative Hardware Consultant position will enjoy helping our customers select decorative hardware for their homes and businesses, as well as developing long-term relationships with home builders and interior designers.

• Provide customer service true to our motto first and foremost
• Maintain a clean, attractive, stocked and organized showroom
• Build sales with walk-in designers, architects, developers, and homeowners.
• Actively listen to customer's needs to best meet their expectations
• Ensure each customer experience is personal to their shopping needs
• Follow up with customers and designers after selections to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in interior design or other related fields.
• Customer first approach in order to exceed their expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy self starter
