• Build relationships with prospective and current customers
• Help individuals and families understand insurance and financial service options
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, outreach, and lead follow-up
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
• Prepare quotes, close sales, and manage policy renewals
• Provide ongoing customer service and process policy changes
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams as needed
• Contribute to office growth goals and participate in training and team meetings
• Uphold our standards of professionalism, integrity, and community-focused service
