Leasing Specialist

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions

Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions

• Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions.
• Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.
• Follow-up with customers
• Coordinate shipment of all machines
• Attend scheduled meetings (Weeke, Shop, Weekly Status, Funding)
• Assist in handling post closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.
• Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer’s financing arrangement.
• Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target
• Monthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.
• Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional information
• Follow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business.
• Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy.

• Prior leasing experience desired
• College degree required

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite Typical Office Environment
• Ability to multitask
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Self-starter and self-reliant
• Excellent problem solving skills
