Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking, organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Coordinate guest flow, greet guests as they arrive and leave, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system.
Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to help drive sales.
Build genuine relationships with guests and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.

Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services, and packages for their individual needs.

Ability to work in a sales-based environment and meet individual and center performance goals.
Experience using a Point-of-Sale system is a plus.
Part-time or full-time availability, and ability to work at least one weekend day.
