Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening and documentation practices.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site protocols.;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge activity records, and delivery or package documentation while communicating clearly with site personnel regarding access-related requests.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, entrances, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and support security-related awareness throughout the location.
