Security Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee security operations within assigned activity, and adhere to laws as well as national, DoD, and security SAP policies and requirements.
• Ensure personnel who require access meet the security clearance level through verification in DISS and applicable systems of record.
• Coordinate with the Government Activity Manager (GAM) to provide appropriate justification for individuals requiring access.
• Establish, conduct, and document initial and annual refresher training for all assigned program‑accessed individuals.
• Conduct an annual self‑inspection, document the self‑inspection, and submit to the PSO a corrective action plan that identifies actions to establish compliance.
• Write and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Security Guides (PSGs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), and Co‑Utilization Agreements (CUAs).

• 8+ years of experience as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO).
• Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07.
• Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of program activities.
• Experience interpreting and applying ICD 705 requirements for secure spaces.
• Knowledge of all volumes of DoD regulations regarding classified information.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG, and ICDs 704-705.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.   If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid:
  If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
• Onsite:
  If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
