Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security operations within assigned activity, and adhere to laws as well as national, DoD, and security SAP policies and requirements.
- Ensure personnel who require access meet the security clearance level through verification in DISS and applicable systems of record.
- Coordinate with the Government Activity Manager (GAM) to provide appropriate justification for individuals requiring access.
- Establish, conduct, and document initial and annual refresher training for all assigned program‑accessed individuals.
- Conduct an annual self‑inspection, document the self‑inspection, and submit to the PSO a corrective action plan that identifies actions to establish compliance.
- Write and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Security Guides (PSGs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), and Co‑Utilization Agreements (CUAs).
- 8+ years of experience as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO).
- Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07.
- Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of program activities.
- Experience interpreting and applying ICD 705 requirements for secure spaces.
- Knowledge of all volumes of DoD regulations regarding classified information.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Top Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG, and ICDs 704-705.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.

Top Secret clearance is required.
Salary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
