Security Guard - Office Building

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and report maintenance, access control, and/or operational issues to the appropriate site personnel.
