Responsibilities- Foot and Vehicle Patrols
- Interior and Exterior Patrols
- Use of a personal computer
- Respond to Requests and Alarms
- Watch for suspicious or unsafe conditions
- Provide Access Control
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, residents and visitors
The physical requirements for this position will require long periods of walking, standing and sitting along with climbing stairs and driving. Exposure to inclement weather is likely and you will be provided with the necessary apparel to perform your duties.
Qualifications- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Be able to pass a background check
- Current and Valid driver’s license
- Be able to pass a driver’s license check where necessary
- Pass a pre‑employment or random drug test
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Possess the physical abilities to perform duties specified for the client location
- Possess Required Licensing
- Reliable Transportation
- Reliable Source of Communication (cell phone)
Be 18 years of age.
Be a U.S. Citizen or a registered, resident alien.
Be Bonded (No Police Record). Other insurance as required by law.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and produce proof of such, upon request.
Learn and understand the position requirements, be proficient in reading and be capable of composing reports which clearly convey factual information.
Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license.
Possess an excellent knowledge of Flint city streets to ensure shortest possible emergency response time.
Not be convicted of a felony.
Possess good judgment, courage, alertness, tact, self‑reliance, even temperament and an ability to maintain good performance.
Be able to perform normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as standing, walking for an entire shift and climbing stairs.
Be in good health without physical abnormalities which, without reasonable accommodation, would interfere with the performance of normal duties.
