Signworks of Michigan, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality signage solutions for businesses and organizations across Michigan and surrounding states. We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of signs including channel letters, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Sign Installer to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:Install various types of signs including indoor/outdoor, illuminated, non-illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signage.
Safely operate power tools, ladders, bucket trucks, and other equipment as needed.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints.
Prepare surfaces and ensure proper installation techniques are used.
Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to job sites.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site.
Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:Experience in sign installation, construction, or related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic electrical knowledge is a plus (for illuminated sign installation).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
