Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions;
Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and related building systems;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and manuals;
Provide excellent customer service and obtain customer signatures upon service completion;
Participate in on-call rotation and assist in training/mentoring other team members
