About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can lead a job site with confidence, and works well with both clients and team members. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage carpentry projects on-site
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry
  • Coordinate daily tasks for crew members
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Uphold company standards for craftsmanship and professionalism
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
  • Ability to manage a job site independently
  • Skilled in finish carpentry, framing, and installations
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Open to working in the field 1–2 days per week
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites daily
