Perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance; respond to emergency call-outs as needed;
Fabricate lightweight and/or heavyweight belts in shop;
Perform rigging to lift belt rolls, presses, and tooling on and off conveyor systems;
Conduct basic millwright tasks including torch heating, cutting, and installation/removal of conveyor components (bearings, idlers, pulleys, gearboxes, motors);
Provide technical support and training to customers and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
