• We’re hiring Experienced Concrete Sawing Operators who take pride in their craft and want to continue building their career with a company that values skill, safety, and performance.

• Perform concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing, and slab sawing
• Operate and maintain saws, drills, and specialty equipment
• Work on road, bridge, and structural cutting projects
• Read job specs and execute work safely and efficiently
• Lead or support crew operations on active job sites

• This is demanding, hands‑on work.
• Early morning start times
• Heavy lifting (50–100 lbs)
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Loud equipment, dust, slurry, and water
• Active construction zones and traffic control
• Overtime and year‑round work

• Proven experience in concrete sawing, cutting, or drilling
• Strong safety mindset and job site awareness
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Reliable, hard‑working, and team‑oriented
• Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft
• Prior hands‑on experience with wall sawing, slab sawing, core drilling, and hand sawing
• Comfortable operating and maintaining gas, electric saws
• Ability to field markings
• Clean driving record
• Physically able to handle the demands of the work, lift equipment, and work in varying conditions
• Professional on site, good with GCs and clients, and dependable day in and day out
• OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain), plus standard PPE compliance

• Wire sawing experience
• Selective demolition background
• Familiarity with slurry control and job site cleanup standard
