We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing broken appliances, installing new equipment, and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Document and report all maintenance and repair activities, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Assist in the implementation of maintenance and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications or technical qualifications would be an advantage.

• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development.
