Qualifications
- Provide exceptional service to all customers.
- Maintenance experience, including technical, HVAC, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Must be able to work an on-call rotation.
- Drywall and painting experience is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Prolonged standing and walking periods.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
