We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician and Installer who has at least 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients.

$55,000 to $85,000 and more depending on experience.

- Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.
- Live within 25 miles of Dexter, MI service area.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and subsequent periodic drug screening.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
