Position: HVAC Construction Foreman
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40–45 hours weekly (flexible scheduling based on project needs)
- Troubleshooting, installing, and replacing HVAC systems and equipment
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
- Perform hands‑on installation and oversee team productivity and safety
- Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction best practices
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Must possess your own basic hand tools
- EPA Universal or Type II certification
