What you will do
Lead a team of 12-15 field technicians, provide top-of-the-line offerings, and develop technicians. Deliver high-standard service with factory certification through Service Technical Academy (STA), milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and career advancement.
How you will do itAs a Technical Team Lead (TTL), you will be a skilled craftsman with a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in the industrial HVAC/chiller, plumbing, pipe fitting, security & fire, or mechanical equipment service industry. You will interact with customers, develop technicians, maintain attention to detail when on site and quoting jobs, schedule work, promote safety, and maintain constant communication.
You must be computer literate, tech-savvy, and capable of developing, closing, and managing all types of quoted work.
• Mechanical Journeyman License
• 5+ years of residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam operational & service knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
$49.69 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. Exceptional candidates with unique skills may be considered beyond the stated range.
