Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Trim Carpenter to work on kitchen remodeling projects in West Michigan and Mid-Michigan. Experience with cabinet refacing and new cabinet installation is strongly encouraged. We are looking for contract partners who are passionate about transforming spaces and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and consistently
- Follow installation plans and clarify questions when necessary
- Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job
- Keep work area clean and organized; clean up daily
- Communicate daily with the project manager about progress
- Work efficiently and quickly
Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Driven to exceed customer expectations
- Experience in cabinet refacing preferred
- Skill in cutting moldings and installing crown molding
- Ability to drill for and install handles, doors, and drawer fronts
- Experience installing roll-out trays in cabinets
- Proficient in operating power tools such as table saws, band saws, routers, planers, and nail guns
- Ability to work in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas
- Professional and friendly interaction with customers
- Personal pride in delivering quality work on the first attempt
