Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Travel: Out-of-town travel required during busy season

What the Job InvolvesThe majority of your day may include:
- Digging trenches
- Using shovels, rakes, and hand tools
- Site cleanup and jobsite preparation
- Loading and unloading materials
- Working outdoors in heat, mud, dust, and changing weather
- Assisting experienced crew members on active jobsites

- Overtime opportunities available
- Out‑of‑town travel required during busy season
- CDL‑A preferred, but not required
- Heavy equipment training provided to the right candidate
- Perform physical labor on active construction and site work jobs
- Assist crews with trenching, grading, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Learn equipment operation through hands‑on training
- Inspect and help maintain equipment daily
- Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Work as part of a fast‑moving construction crew

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of experience working with heavy equipment
- Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
- Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipment
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
- Strong work ethic
- Demolition experience
- Excavating experience
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
