We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our team. This position focuses on construction, repair, and maintenance work. The ideal candidate will be well–versed in a variety of construction tasks, with experience in multifamily residential environments and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Perform interior and exterior repairs and renovations on multifamily properties.
- Execute minor plumbing tasks such as fixture replacements, leak repairs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle minor electrical work including outlet and switch replacements, light fixture installations, and basic diagnostics.
- Complete carpentry tasks such as door and trim repairs, cabinet adjustments, and hardware installation.
- Conduct general property maintenance to ensure safe and functional living environments.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members.
- 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repair techniques.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
- Experience working on multifamily residential properties is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand job scopes or basic technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
