Schedule3rd
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM2-2-3 rotating schedule(built-in overtime opportunities)
Training:1st shift for 4–6 months
What You’ll DoPerform mechanical and electrical maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Troubleshoot and repair systems including pumps, boilers, chillers, and production equipment
Complete preventive maintenance using a CMMS system to minimize downtime
Install and support new equipment within your skill set Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
Collaborate with team members and leadership to solve problems and improve processes
Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifts as needed
What We’re Looking For5+ years of maintenance experience with strong mechanical skills3+ years of electrical experience
Experience working with pumps and industrial systems
Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with pipe fitting, machining, or metal fabrication
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls
Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and pneumatic systems
Refrigeration certification
Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100+ lbs. with assistance)
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and around industrial equipment
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
Work in an industrial environment with proper PPE and safety standards
