Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak “THE PLACE” to work and live. Peak is currently seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit community, Ramblewood Apartments.
- Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
- Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
- This position does require on-call rotation.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
- Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
