Multi-Site Facilities Handyman

West Michigan International (WMI) and K&R Truck Sales are seeking a dedicated Facilities Handyman to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our five facilities located in Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Muskegon. As a locally-owned group of companies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in the truck dealership industry. This role will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities, ensuring safety, and supporting our extensive service department, body shops, and customer service operations.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing structural damage, windows, doors, and walls.
• Address plumbing issues to prevent water damage and ensure the functionality of water fixtures.
• Repair electrical wiring issues, including shortages and severed wires.
• Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control within the facilities.
• Implement preventative measures to reduce future maintenance issues, such as applying sealants on roofs.
• Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Repaint building interiors and exteriors as needed to maintain appearance.

• Ability to multi-task effectively.
