$30.00–$50.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team servicing commercial and industrial clients across the Grand Rapids area. The right candidate is a skilled troubleshooter, self-starter, and committed to delivering high-quality service in the field.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers
• Utilize electrical and mechanical tools to identify and resolve system issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize performance and lifespan of equipment
• Accurately document service reports using a handheld device
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle within a designated territory
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth service experience

• 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and customer service skills
• Experience with chilled water systems, boilers, or hydronics (preferred)
• OSHA 10 Certification (Company-provided if not current)
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical ability test
