HVAC-R Service Tech

Cool Sys is seeking an HVAC/R Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems for retail, commercial, and mission-critical customers. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure efficient, reliable operation of mechanical and refrigeration equipment. You'll work hands-on with advanced HVAC-R and energy solutions, follow strict safety and quality standards, and collaborate with a customer-focused team committed to technical excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Inspect, test, and calibrate refrigeration and HVAC components
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Follow Cool
• Sys safety standards and industry regulations
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and team
• Support energy-efficient and reliable system operation
