Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Plumber role based in Grand Rapids, MI. The Licensed Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water supply lines, drainage systems, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, completing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring work complies with local codes and safety standards.

The role involves interacting directly with customers to explain findings, provide estimates, and answer questions, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Licensed Plumber will also collaborate with team members, complete required documentation, and use appropriate tools and materials to deliver efficient, high-quality work.
Qualifications

  • Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and code-compliant repair of residential and commercial systems.
  • Experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related materials, with the ability to measure, cut, join, and test piping accurately.
  • Proficiency in maintenance and repair, including preventive maintenance, system inspections, and timely resolution of plumbing issues.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, with clear communication, professionalism on-site, and respectful interaction with clients and team members.
  • Valid plumbing license in the state of Michigan, with knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
