Our values—Integrity, Collaboration, Quality, and Value—guide our work. As an Excavator / Pipe Layer, you will help perform excavation, trenching, and underground utility installation. This role is ideal for safety-focused operators who enjoy outdoor work and want steady employment with a proven contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Operating excavation equipment
- Digging trenches and preparing pipe routes
- Installing storm, sewer, and water lines
- Performing grading and back filling
- Assisting with jobsite cleanup and general labor
- Following all safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Experience with excavation or pipe installation
- CDL is helpful but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication
