*** Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps in residential properties.
* Perform plumbing tasks related to basement and crawlspace waterproofing, including the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, and related equipment.
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to determine proper layout and installation procedures.
* Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to ensure functionality and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.
* Ensure proper use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
* Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot urgent issues promptly.
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
* Support Groundworks’ culture of teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing homeowner questions and concerns professionally.
