We’re partnering with a school district in Hillsdale County, MI to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This position starts ASAP and runs through May 22nd.

This role provides speech-language services to students with communication needs across school-based settings. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Location: Onsite
• Schedule: Full-time
• School Year: 2025/2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students per IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support teams

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
