Social Worker

Holy Spirit School is seeking a social worker beginning in the 2026-27 school year. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Requirements:

• An understanding of the Catholic Church doctrines and a willingness to work within its teachings.
• Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Master's degree in related field.
• Familiarity with common social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by students.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create comprehensive support plans for students.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and appropriate services.
• Facilitate communication between the school and students' families to ensure cohesive support.
• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources to provide additional services to students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
• Adhere to school policies, procedures, and educational laws.
• Serve as a member of the school's Student Accommodations Team
