Position: Evening Campus Supervisor (Full-Time) - Youth Residential Program

Lead a Trauma‑Informed Residential Campus

We are seeking an Evening Campus Supervisor to oversee operations across our residential campus during evening and weekend hours. In this role, you will provide real‑time leadership, support staff across multiple homes, and respond to crisis situations to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for youth ages 10–18.

As a key leader on campus, you will serve as a consistent, supportive presence—guiding staff, reinforcing trauma‑informed practices, and ensuring high standards of care across all programs.

Schedule
  • 10‑hour shifts: 3 weekdays and every other weekend
  • Hours:

    11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation
  • $45,000 – $50,500 annually
  • Generous PTO package

What You’ll Do

Working across our residential campus, you will:

  • Provide leadership and real‑time support to staff in 9 residential programs
  • Make routine rounds (in‑person and by phone) to monitor safety, support staff, and ensure program consistency
  • Respond to and oversee crisis situations, including behavioral incidents, injuries, and risk management concerns
  • Serve as the on‑call administrative representative, ensuring adherence to agency policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
  • Support staff with documentation, including incident reports and required program records
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to campus activity, crisis response, and communication logs
  • Collaborate with Home Supervisors, therapists, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to direct care staff to strengthen performance and professional growth
  • Assist in staff scheduling oversight and support staffing adjustments based on program needs and acuity levels
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning campus environment in collaboration with Facilities staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support a therapeutic milieu
  • Serve as a certified trainer (Aegis and/or CPR/First Aid) and reinforce best practices in safety and crisis intervention
  • Support campus‑wide programming, activities, and youth engagement efforts
  • Contribute to initiatives aligned with trauma‑informed care, including the 6 Core Strategies and youth advisory involvement
Background & Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential programming or relevant direct care experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential treatment and youth care practices
  • Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Alignment with Wedgwood’s Statement of Faith, vision, and values
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or similar)
Preferred Experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in residential or behavioral health settings
  • Experience in crisis intervention and trauma‑informed care
  • Background working with youth‑serving programs or multidisciplinary teams
