Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Reed City, MI, for the  school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our school munity by supporting students' social and emotional well-being.

Position Details:

• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
• Caseload: Approximately 30 students
• Start Date: August 2024
• End Date: June 2025
• Work Environment: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and counseling to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in meetings and assist with student evaluations as needed
