Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active Colorado SLP license required
• CCC-SLP credential preferred
• Prior experience in school settings working with K-8 age groups is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K8th grade students
• Provide therapy services that address a variety of speech and language needs, adapting strategies for each childs unique goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Engage actively in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team planning
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and parents to reinforce therapy progress in and out of the classroom

This position offers a 24-hour work week across five days, allowing for a balanced professional and personal schedule.
